Bauhu modular buildings are based on a single core element from which numerous configurations of complex structures can be made. Complex, cost effective buildings can be configured very quickly by joining Cubes together side by side or end to end, or by stacking them to create two or even three story buildings. Bauhu 'Cubes' can be used for a multitude of different applications both domestic and commercial. Hundreds of designs and interior layouts are possible and buildings can easily be demounted and moved to new locations.

What you get
From simple site cabins to large modular volumetric buildings Bauhu Cubes are designed to provide optimal comfort. The walls, floor and ceiling are made of insulated sandwich panels providing a controlled internal environment with optimum insulation values. Internal partition walls and internal doors are also fully insulated. Slim profile PVC or aluminium windows and sliding doors use double glazed solar control glass to maintain comfort levels whilst providing maximum transparency and light penetration.

Modular Cube buildings come in several standard wall colours which can be personalised with additional external cladding or vinyl 'wraps' to suit individual tastes or corporate requirements.

Cubes are fully self supporting with a steel frame insulated floor structure so you don't need any foundations or floor slabs and in most locations planning permission is no more than a simple formality. The portability of Bauhu buildings also allows for leasing finance options.

Bauhu Cubes are manufactured and supplied as a complete package which includes the building, all of the internal and external finishes, doors and double glazed window units, plumbing installation and the electrical system and lighting.

Bauhu flat pack buildings are 100% prefabricated in the factory providing ready to use buildings which are fully insulated with pre installed electrical and sanitary installations. Bauhu 'instant' buildings are ideal for offices or showrooms, events and exhibitions, temporary accommodation and disaster relief housing, site buildings, school or hospital buildings and home offices or extensions.

Bauhu Cubes offer an extremely flexible, rapid construction system. Cubes can be configured to meet specific client needs from a basic structure to a fully Part L compliant high perfoming building. Cube modules have 80mm Rockwool core insulated wall panels which provide sufficient levels of insulation for many applications. Part L compliant cube modules have a secondary, ventilated insulation layer applied to the exterior of the building and a further layer to encase the structural steel frame preventing any thermal transfer through the building envelope and providing the highest levels of thermal efficiency.
