Prospective qualified purchasers may enjoy an up to 5 day visit to Exuma with our compliments. The visit is for two persons, and we will pay all expenses except airfare*. Families of up to 6 may visit, as well as extend a stay, for an additional fee.
Complimentary site visits require financial qualifications via either:
1) A Fully refundable $10,000 deposit held in an independent escrow account, or
2) A bank letter of reference accompanied by a financial statement.
* Full airfare will be refunded to all purchasers.
